An illustrated song card with the lyrics for the action rhyme by Kids Music Company
Wriggle, Wriggle, Wriggle
I am a longer time lover of Kids Music Company (if you are in Auckland you can even take a class with them). We use several of their songs regularly and this one is one of my favourites for using gently with babies or very energetically with toddlers.
We can infuse so much anticipation into the “and………” and really beat our palms on the floor as we pitter, patter. The children love this rhyme and it is so simple and easy to learn.
P.S. If you have extra adults it is fantastic as an echo rhyme.
